I supported Margherita Franchesci of Proactive Dance organise a flash mob on the Southbank in London in response to the tedium that is cat calling. Through a series of participatory dance workshops, she and a whole bunch of female identifying women choreographed a series of dances that they did in and around the embankment. We successfully got people talking about cat calling and the way that women are treated in the street, chatting with audiences of all ages for ages after the performance was finished.
